Lives and works in Warsaw, Poland. Member of Polish Society for Electroacoustic Music (PSeME) &#8211; a Polish department of CIME\/ICEM in Bourges supported by UNESCO. Makaruk is a First Prize Winner for the largest Projection Mapping installation in the world, in a contest organised by Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism and Architecture Shenzhen\/Hong Kong in 2019. The award winning project was performed on 40 skyscrapers in the centre of Shenzhen City. Makaruk is a First Prize Winner of the International Contest of Les Bains Numeriques #9 Festival for the duo AV performance with the project Dimension N with Alba G Corral [ES] &#8211; organised by Arts Center of Enghien-les-Bains. He was a member of P\u00e9pini\u00e8res Europ\u00e9ennes Pour les Jeunes Artistes 2016 programme hosted by Transcultures &#8211; Interdisciplinary Center for Digital and Sound Cultures in Mons, Belgium. He is a laureate of National Scholarship for Music Programme in 2020 issued by the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage &#8211; for the composition and publication of a longplay acousmatic music album. Makaruk is an author of interactive multimedia installations based on own software developed in Max\/MSP Jitter, Unity, C# and Arduino.
