These articles appearing in the constitution seem meaningless and disappeared in real life. The work points to the invisibility of laws existing in a balance of power that sets and destroys rules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6zg\u00fcr Demirci (TR)<\/strong><br \/>\nBorn in Konya in 1982, the artist has received his undergraduate degree from Istanbul Y\u0131ld\u0131z Technical University\u2019s interdisciplinary arts department and his MFA in C:Art:Media from Valand School of Fine Arts in G\u00f6teborg. He is working towards a practice-based PhD at the \u0130zmir Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl University. The artist\u2019s constructs personal and social events using various production means, anchored in the notion of memory. He works mostly in video, performance, objects, installations and site-specific works. Among the exhibitions he has participated in are: 19th Media Art Biennale WRO 2021 REVERSO, Immersion, Istanbul Digital Art Festival, 9th International Video and Poetry Festival, Athens, Proyector, Madrid, \u201cPandora\u2019s Black Box\u201d, Galata Greek School (2019); \u201cTrumbauer Family Collection\u201d, Kasa Gallery (2017); \u201cSurvival Kit\u201d, Space Debris &#038; Cultural Transit Foundation, Russia (2017); 8th Makedox Film Festival, Macedonia (2017); 36th \u0130stanbul Film Festival (2017); \u201cEn Masse: Books Orchestrated\u201d, The Center for Book Arts, USA (2017); Un Coup de D\u00e9s Jamais N&#8217;Abolira Le Hasard, Pilot Gallery (2016); \u201cPAS\u201d, Galeri Miza, Albenia (2016); Kassel Dokfest, Kasseler Kunstverein, Germany (2015); \u201cDedicated\u201d, \u00d6ktem&#038;Aykut Galeri (2015); \u201cStay With Me\u201d, Weserburg M\u00fczesi, Germany (2014); Migrating University of Mickiewicz, Adam Mickiewicz M\u00fczesi (2014); \u201cCheck Point\u201d, Depo (2013); \u201cPlanes, Trains, Automobiles and Boats\u201d, SALT (2011). He is a member of the Izmir Cultural Platform Initiative (IKPG) and he is one of the founders of the independent art initiative Monitor.
